| When someone dies in hospital |
|
Unless you are in attendance when your loved one passes away, you will usually get a call from the Medical Staff to advise you of their passing. You need to notify Prosser Scott who will liaise with the hospital to transfer your loved one to their facility. Once the transfer has been organized we will make an appointment to meet with you to arrange the Funeral Service.
Our arrangers are available 7 days a week to meet with you at your home or at our offices and you can contact us by phone 24 hours a day.
