Arrangement Monday to Friday during office hours by phone, email or at our office
Simple direct standard size cremation capsule (M.D.F bottom, cardboard lid)
No Service
Transfer of your loved one into our care 24/7 in the Perth metro area
Payment of the cremation and permit to cremate fees
Registration of death & one Death Certificate
Preparation of deceased in a cotton shroud
If required, identification at our Prosser Scott, Subiaco Chapel for 3 people, 10 mins (Identification time is at our discretion)
Music subject to terms and conditions
Cremation will take place at Karrakatta Cemetery and a date of our choice
Coffin upgrades not allowed
Payment is required 2 days prior to the Cremation.
There maybe additional charges for medical papers

Particleboard standard size coffin with nameplate and six silvered plastic handles
No Funeral Service, No Minister or Celebrant (no Blessing during this time)
*** Changes to this package will be charged a Full Chapel Service fee
Private Viewing for up to 15 people for up to 1 hour at our Prosser Scott Subiaco or Fremantle Chapel
Use of our CD player or Bluetooth speaker to play your own music (Family to Supply)
Transfer of your loved one into our care 24/7 in the Perth metro area
No Funeral Notice
No Streaming or Recording
No DVD/AV presentations
Payment of the cremation and permit to cremate fees
Registration of death & one Death Certificate
Refreshments – Tea, Coffee and Biscuits
Preparation of deceased dressed in own clothes
Cremation will take place at Karrakatta Cemetery and a date of our choice
Coffin upgrades not allowed
Flowers are extra
Payment is required 2 days prior to the Cremation.

Flat lid soft lemon mat finish standard size coffin with nameplate and four matching plastic handles
Conducting the Funeral Service Monday to Friday (1 hour only in Cemetery Chapels)
Catering not allowed
Coffin may be placed in the Chapel prior to family and mourners arriving (transfer by hearse or transfer vehicle)
If required, identification at our Prosser Scott, Subiaco Chapel for 3 people, 10 mins (Identification time is at our discretion)
Service at Prosser Scott or Fremantle, Karrakatta or Pinnaroo Cemeteries (2 staff in attendance)
Preparation and placing of deceased in a shroud (cotton garment)
Attendance Cards will be in the Condolence Lounge for the mourners
Music will be provided
(Photo Presentation must be in .mp4 format) Charges will be incurred if the presentation is not in .mp4 format ($330)
